Bay Laurel Stables in Calabasas is now accepting a limited number of clientele with or without their own horse to join our team for the upcoming show season. We are a full-service training barn specializing in hunter/jumpers and equitation on the local, A and AA circuits.

At Bay Laurel, we take pride in building strong horsemanship skills and solid fundamentals that translate into successful horse and rider partnerships. All of our programs are tailored by Head Trainer Mary Galletti to fit any level of horse and rider, from new beginners to more advanced riders looking for new goals.

Debi began her riding career as a Junior rider in Orange County, California in the early 1970's. Her lifetime show experience is the basis for the services she provides. Her career spans over 40 years in the hunter/jumper industry. Over these 40 years, Debi has shown in hunters, jumpers, and equitation, and has shaped new riders into successful competitors in these divisions.

A consummate horsewoman, Debi has started many promising riders, including her two daughters, Gracie and Emma Marlowe. Gracie and Emma boast numerous championships in hunters, equitation, and medals. Like their mother, they are life-long devotees of the hunter/jumper industry.

To this day, Debi's passion is developing the equitation rider and nurturing the first time rider. Marlowe Show Stables offers individualized training programs for both horses and riders. Each program is tailored specifically to fit the individual needs of each horse and rider.
Marlowe Show Stables provides hunter/jumper riding lessons for beginners and novices of all ages. At MSS, new riders receive instruction in proper equitation and horsemanship, creating a solid foundation that will last a lifetime. Rushton Stables, World renowned training barn that has been very successful on the local, regional and national show circuit for the last 25 years now open in the San Fernando Valley at Courtship Ranch.

We teach lessons 6 days a week in our covered arena to beginners thru World Championship caliber riders. All get the same attention to safety and fun with each rider or driver striving toward their individual goal. Our horses are safe, well trained and receive excellent care. We specialize in pleasure horses (no jumping) that are a pleasure to ride. Riders of all ages and experience levels are welcome. Working with horses is physically demanding so we offer a special $2 per minute program for riders 6 and under who may not be up to a full lesson yet.
