Helen has been working with horses professionally for fifteen years. She schooled with some of the most gifted Natural Horseman in the country, such as: Bryan Neubert, Buster Mclaury, Greg Eliel, Charlie Bush and of course, the great Ray Hunt. She has spent many years starting colts, helping troubled horses and sharing her knowledge with her students. Helen believes strongly in horses being a joy that should be available to all who love them. Her lessons are family friendly and all ages of students are welcomed and encouraged! Walnut Grove Farm is a great place to improve upon your skills or learn to ride. Beth Walkowicz is the instructor and trainer for Walnut Grove Farm, which she owns and operates with her husband. The farm is the home of the East Aurora Pony Club, and of the University at Buffalo Equestrian Team, both of which Beth instructs. Beth specializes in the sport of eventing, with a very strong focus on dressage. Her students range in ability from beginners to Two-Star level eventers, in age from 5-75, and in interests, including eventing, dressage, hunters, equitation, and jumpers. She accepts a few horses in for training, or will travel to you. She has been a working student for Phillip Dutton, Christopher Bartle, and Jane Bartle-Wilson.
