We offer adventurous, scenic trail rides on our endurance horses for intermediate horse riders.

Teaching riding has been a lifelong dream, and riding, instructing and horses are my passion! We are currently looking for all levels of rider of both adults and children.
We offer lessons to the beginner through advanced rider focusing on development of the balanced seat and communication with the horse through dressage basics. Lessons are geared towards the rider who wants to advance their horsemanship skills.

The instructor is CHA certified instructor and is focused on the safety of horse and rider.

Lesson Rates:
$50/ one hour individual lesson
$25/ one hour individual lesson
$30/ half hour semi- private lesson
$25/ half hour Tiny Tot lessons starting at 2 1/2 years of age (walking/trotting and care on miniature horse)

We have several lesson horses available!
We utilize headsets to increase communication between rider and instructor when needed.

Mallory Schneider has an extensive background in dressage, jumping and eventing. As a teenager she competed heavily in jumping and eventing, and in 2007 she switched her focus towards riding dressage professionally. Mallory has been the assistant trainer to the legendary Gail Hoff-Carmona of Los Alamos Dressage Center for the past four years, in which she continues her education daily.



Mallory has her USDF bronze medal and in 2009 showed the five year old Lusitano gelding, Zambo and won the United States Dressage Federation All Breed Horse of the Year Award for Pure Andalusian and Lusitano Horses at Training Level (67.306%) and placed 2nd at First Level (64.369%). Mallory continues to compete in dressage competitions all over Southern California. In 2011 she showed the Arabian/ Fresian mare Bella, for the first time at Second Level and scored in the 70's. In 2012, Mallory will be showing several horses for her clients through Third and Fourth level. I specialize in ages 8 through adults. Those with experience or those just beginning. I am a fun, professional, down to earth, instructor who completely loves what she does! I teach everything from a safety standpoint in an atmosphere of encouragement. My lessons are geared toward your goals and include not just riding but, also horsemanship(grooming, saddling, parts of the horse, and lots more).

Your first lesson is an evaluation lesson where we go over what your reasons for wanting to learn to ride are and what you'd like to achieve. During this initial lesson, you'll learn how to safely work around the horse, grooming, tacking-up and of course, you'll ride! This first lesson takes about 90 minutes. Lotte has a lifetime of equestrian experience and has been training professionally for over 10 years, with the main discipline in 3-Day Eventing. Lotte came to California from Denmark in the fall of 1988. In 2001, she started her own business "Alotte Horses Riding School and Training Stable". Lotte is a member of USEA, USEF and CDS. She was won multiple championships at the Event Derby and at VCSC, where she won both Senior Horse and Super Horse titles.

Lotte likes to show her students other ways to enjoy horses as well. In addition to working in the arena, attending clinics and shows, she broadens their horizons by taking them on trail rides, participating in western riding, attending dressage and hunter/jumper shows and the occasional fox hunt meet. She also hosts one or two clinics a year, inviting an outside professional trainer to come for the day.

Lotte adores working with children and adults and also works well with anyone who has a fear of horses. Safety is always the first priority, both for people and the horses.
