Showed in class "A" Arabian show circuit having Championships in English and Western Pleasure, Park Horse, Snaffle Bit Futurity, Native Costume and Halter. Managed ranches starting from 20 horses and building them up to 250 horses.
I competed in the Wild Mustang Challenge at Cal Expo and placed 7th, having a great go in the finals.

Her versatility allows her to work privately with each of our students to achieve his or her own set of unique goals.

Cornerstone offers a private 'A' circuit hunter/jumper training program to riders wishing to reach their goals in the equitation, jumper, and pony rings. In addition to our private training programs, we also offer leases, a unique sales program, beginner riding lessons, and clinics.

Our riders compete everywhere from local 'A's to International competitions.

Our program has turned out the National Children's Medal Winner at WIHS, a USEF Talent Search East Finalist, a Jr/YR Silver Medalist, 3 Prix de'States competitors, and 5 Grand Prix riders under the age of 18.

Head Trainer and Owner, Crystal, is ARIA certified in Huntseat and Stable Management - one of only five in the state of California. She has advanced First Aid/CPR training and was trained by CalFire in Large Animal Rescue. She has a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies from Virginia Intermont College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Psychology from SFSU. While attending Intermont, she competed on the IHSA team and won National Finals both years. The IDA and ANRC teams saw great success, and she competed on the exclusive AIEC team. AIEC is the World University Equestrian Federation, bringing World Cup level show jumping and dressage competition to international student riders. New Zealander Marguerite Barrier works with all skill levels, from beginning through advanced, and will take all ages of riders, from four year olds through adult. Marguerite specializes in introducing mature adults with no riding experience to horsemanship in an organized and safe fashion. She welcomes any student who demonstrates a commitment to excellence in the hunter/jumper and general equitation disciplines.

Marguerite offers training and lessons on a beautiful 20 acre ranch in Briones, California, just minutes from Highways 24 and 80 in the Bay Area.

The facility offers

* a large outdoor jumping arena,
* indoor arena,
* round pen,
* turn-out pasture for daily turn-outs,
* stalls with runs, and
* box stalls.

Lesson horses available for all skill levels. Horses are also available for sale or lease.

Training is $350 per month, which includes lessons; horse board is $300 per month in pasture, stalls are $500 - $600 per month. If your horse is not in training, group lessons are $50 per hour; private lessons are $50 per half hour, $100 per hour.
