Horsin' Around Stables INC, Home of Star Riding Academy (501(c)3 organization) provides a wide range of equestrian programs for youth and adult participants. Students learn to appreciate horses and can build upon riding skills at their own pace in a fun and comprehensive horsemanship program. Our program provides an outdoor farm environment where students develop physically, mentally, and intellectually. We have partnered with the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts to offer horse badges and homeschooling groups to enhance important life skills and promote positive character traits. Our Show Team has proven to be a winning combination of showcasing Horsin' Around riders outside of the farm, while boosting the confidence and ability of team participants. Experienced horse trainer/riding instructor has openings for new clients. I hold a degree in Equestrian Science from William Woods University and ARIA Hunt Seat certified. I specialize in hunter/jumper, dressage, starting young horses under saddle and retraining horses with issues such as nervousness and fear. Fox Pointe Farm offers riding lessons and show coaching. Showing VHSA,BHSA, CVSJA "AA" and IEA. We host and coaching the area's first Interscholastic Equestrian Association show team started in 2008. Lessons year round Tuesday -Sundays. Closed on Mondays. Quality horses and ponies are available to riders in the school program. Weekly group or private lessons. Lease horses are available to help gain needed horseback riding experience. From beginning to riding at the high levels of competition, Fox Pointe Farm ensures that all riders gain an understanding of good horsemanship, superior care and grooming.Trailer in's welcome.
