Our goal at Stone Bridge Farm is to offer our riders the best riding instruction, facilities and horses available in southwest Virginia -- and to do so in an environment that is fun, welcoming, and safe. In the last year, our high school and middle school riding teams have been among the most successful in the Mid-Atlantic states, and many of our show riders have earned local, state and national recognition.

Our trainers are experienced professionals, with demonstrated success in hunters, jumpers and equitation.
Whether your or your child are just starting out as a rider, or want to set and work towards competitive goals, we would be happy to welcome you at Stone Bridge Farm.

We offer quality instruction on our horse or yours, in both the hunter and jumper disciplines, and coaching from the local through the A levels of competition. We start young horses and give them a good foundation, and "de-programming" ex-racehorses is our specialty. Our school horses are in all shapes, sizes and experience levels, and some are available for lease (leases start @ $200/mo). We always have working student positions available and often times a working boarder position, as well. There are no commitments to sign up for lesson series, and traveling, to you, is an option if you are local. "Ship-ins" are welcome whether it is for a lesson or just to make use of our facility. Her objective is to give both horses and riders a solid foundation that they can take to any equine discipline of their choosing or to just enjoy the horses to the best of their abilities. There is a huge focus in both riding and horsemanship on the ground. Working and riding the horses is not just about the saddle time but also the time on the ground to give a solid foundation in all aspects for the horse and the rider. She has brought several horses up from the ground to being successful show horses. While she enjoys showing and producing horses to a high level, her passion is teaching and sharing her love of horses with others. She accepts all students of all ages and levels.
