Marisa Performance horses is accepting new clients, and horses in training at the gorgeous premier McKinin Equestrian Arena located in North Chico right off of Highway 99. 40 Acres of the most incredible stable featuring indoor arena, outdoor arena, Main barn with gorgeous stalls, oversize round pen, outdoor arena and acreage to trail ride on.

McKinin Equestrian Arena is a full boarding and care facility for your horses. Box stalls, in and outs, open paddocks pens available.

Horse Trainer and Riding Instructor:
Marisa DeLorme is a Class A trainer in the Arabian industry, prior Vice president or the Chico Equestrian Association.

We have a wonderful lesson program for kids, and adults. From beginners to advance show riders and just pleasure riders in arena or trail. Showmanship and Sport horse as well.

We offer a full boarding facility as well. And full/part time training, tune-ups, and haul in lessons with your personal horse.

Marisa also has sale horses available, some for lease, and can help you find a horse if you are looking to buy.

Styles of riding taught are: Hunt/English Seat Flat, Saddleseat, and Western Pleasure. (Lesson horses are avail for those who do not have a horse.)

Cornerstone offers a private 'A' circuit hunter/jumper training program to riders wishing to reach their goals in the equitation, jumper, and pony rings. In addition to our private training programs, we also offer leases, a unique sales program, beginner riding lessons, and clinics.

Our riders compete everywhere from local 'A's to International competitions.

Our program has turned out the National Children's Medal Winner at WIHS, a USEF Talent Search East Finalist, a Jr/YR Silver Medalist, 3 Prix de'States competitors, and 5 Grand Prix riders under the age of 18.

Head Trainer and Owner, Crystal, is ARIA certified in Huntseat and Stable Management - one of only five in the state of California. She has advanced First Aid/CPR training and was trained by CalFire in Large Animal Rescue. She has a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies from Virginia Intermont College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Psychology from SFSU. While attending Intermont, she competed on the IHSA team and won National Finals both years. The IDA and ANRC teams saw great success, and she competed on the exclusive AIEC team. AIEC is the World University Equestrian Federation, bringing World Cup level show jumping and dressage competition to international student riders. Showed in class "A" Arabian show circuit having Championships in English and Western Pleasure, Park Horse, Snaffle Bit Futurity, Native Costume and Halter. Managed ranches starting from 20 horses and building them up to 250 horses.
