Nelson Hixson Land & Cattle Company is a full service boarding facility 8 miles east from McKinney.

We have a 150 X 100 lighted riding arena, including 17 stalls,(25 stalls, total) tack room, wash rack, bathroom and changing area (with shower)and Round Pen. We have 205 acres, which makes for a convenient after work, or on the way home trail ride.

In addition, we offer riding lessons, breaking and training,and hauling.
