Welcome to a stress-free environment for horse and rider. Richlyn Farms is located at the end of a peaceful,quiet cul-de-sac road, yet in the heart of Wolcott.(10 min. to Southington, Bristol and Waterbury) Our barn's focus is providing excellent care for recreational, pleasure and trail riding individuals. We also care for retired horses. We have a 3 acre turn out to pasture(half of which is sunny/open and half shady/open area but w/protection of trees) we have a large, well lit outdoor arena and short on-site trails. Twice a day care is given to horse by a well versed horsewoman w/knowledge about dietary needs, physical needs and medical needs.(short/long term) She has great overall insight on all things horse related. We pride ourself on the consumption of locally grown hay and locally processed shavings.(for stalls) Stalls are matted and recently white-washed. We are in the throes of upgrading feed room, tack room, lounge and bathroom. Monthly full board is $450 (w/a discount ($25) for boarders choosing to bring their own grain...otherwise Trotter/Pacer Blue Seal is the grain of choice) Immediate availability, please call/text Judith for more information.🐴
