At Watkins Farm we provide PRIVATE horse boarding. Each pasture has been designed to offer private, individual care for your horses and includes a private barn specially constructed for shelter for your horses with a tack room attached. There is also water, sun and shade as well as an individual hitching post. Each pasture is gated. Our concept is to offer our boarders in addition to privacy, a place to call their own. Our place becomes your place where no one else has availability to your horses or personal belongings unless you give access. You are free to provide your own care or we will be glad to help as well. We have round/square bales for sale for your convenience. We have a round riding pen for exercising/working your horses as well as a huge field to ride in and our barnyard is always open. There is also a trail that leads down to the Neuse River for riding. There are riding lessons offered anytime and pony rides available on Saturdays. We also offer pony parties or farm rental for your parties.
