About Us: We are an all-breed, multi-discipline boarding facility located 5 minutes south of Snohomish, Washington. Horses at Grateful Pine Farm enjoy all-day turnout on our sunny 17 acre spread with views of the Cascades and Mt Baker, premium customized nutrition, and attentive horse-centric care by our highly qualified staff. We have many options for riding and training including indoor and outdoor arenas, lighted round pen, private trails/bridle path, and a Mark Bolender designed mountain trail horse park.

Location: Grateful Pine Farm is located just a few minutes down the road from the equestrian entrance to Lord Hill Park, a 1,463 acre nature preserve with miles of riding trails. It’s also within 5-7 minutes of Pilchuck Animal Hospital in case of emergency. We are easy to access from 522, highway 9, or SR2 and less than 20 minutes from Woodinville and Everett.

Private riding trails around the perimeter of the property
Half acre mountain trail inspired horse park (Summer 2015)
Heated bathroom and boarders’ lounge/viewing area
Heated tack rooms
Indoor hot/cold wash racks
Automatic waterers in each stall and paddock
Jumps, cones, and other training obstacles
Individual 100′ long all-weather turnout paddocks
Individual grass turnouts available in spring/summer

Prices:
$575/month for a 12×12 matted and bedded stall in the barn with daily turnout.
$525/month for a 12×12 outdoor cottage with large attached paddock.
