With stables in both Clearview (north of Woodinville) and on Dutch Hill (3 minutes from the town of Snohomish), both facilities have large, professionally installed outdoor sand arenas. Horses each have large matted stalls, daily turnout onto pastures, premium E. WA hay (2-3 times daily), individual tack lockers, cross-ties, warm wash rack, and much more. Plans to begin working on a small track system/Paddock Paradise for daytime hours with nighttime private small paddock and shelter for those desiring herd living for their horses. Horse in this setting must be barefoot in hinds.

Large matted run-in shelters with large private paddocks, 24/7 in and out access. Owner has camera surveillance of shelters.

Outdoor all-weather sand arena with gravel base, 75x120. Retirement horses are considered to be no longer in consistent work, but owners may still use our arena when visiting.

Tack storage and in-barn cross-tie area available.

Crushed rock in majority of paddock areas. We do our best to mud-manage here in Western WA.

Plumbed restroom available.

Just over a mile haul to the Centennial Trail. A few small hacking trails on adjacent 5 acres can be accessed. Less than two miles from highway 9. We are north of Snohomish and just on the south edge of Arlington.

Knowledgeable lifetime horse owner lives on site and provides care. Max 4 boarded horses. Owner is experienced with compassionately and discreetly coordinating difficult end of life decisions.

Dutch Hill Boarding, LLC in Snohomish, WA has stall openings beginning March 1st 2017. We are located forty-five minutes north of Seattle, WA and conveniently located in Snohomish County with easy access to surrounding cities, such as Everett, Mill Creek, Lake Stevens, Monroe etc. Conveniently located just two miles from Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital. Dutch Hill Farm is newly renovated with an all new arena, including new laser leveled base, dustless silica/fiber blend footing from FootingsFirst, LLC and new walls, all new stall walls, some with social bars and some with dutch doors, new lighting in barn aisle and stalls, updated and heated tack room, lounge and bathroom. We are a dressage-focused facility, but not limited to, and the home of DuoStar Dressage, who are available for training programs or lessons as needed (training is not required to board, no outside trainers).

Full Board ($675.00 per month) includes:

-Daily turnout (guaranteed half day/ 7days a week)
-Fed premium timothy hay four times per day (alfalfa also available)
