Lazy 8 Riding Boarding on the trails / Horse Boarding Farm in Lewisville, Texas

Located on the Lake Lewisville trails between Chin Chapel and 2499, 2 miles north of 407. We have 4 paddocks with shelter, a 6 stall barn with locked feed, and an equipment room. Small covered arena the size of a large round pen. No pasture land but 4 large paddocks with shelter and water. Lots of space for trailer parking as well. we are in a quiet neighborhood with trail access.

We would like to rent the entire 1.5-acre barn property to one person. You would be allowed to sublet as long as it is done responsibly and horses are fed and cared for.

Trailhead access on the property to greater than 30 miles of trail riding on lake Lewisville trails and there is a fishing pond on site. Must keep clean daily. will reimburse you for any needed repairs, welding skills would be a plus. Looking for easy going likable boarders, with well-broken horses who do not mind the occasional Grandchildren visit. We live next door and are always happy to help in a pinch.
