Located within 20 mins of downtown Fayetteville and in close proximity to Fort Bragg. 7 stall barn with 12 × 12 stalls, windows, and each stall equipped with it's own fan. Stalls cleaned and given fresh pine shavings daily. Quality Coastal Bermuda hay fed 3 flakes 2× daily and grain of choice fed 2× daily. Supplements provided by owner fed for no extra fee. Fly spray, blankets, and sheets provided by owner all administered at no charge. Multiple daily health checks for colic, cuts, lameness, and water refills given often throughout the day. Large 1 acre pastures with safe Flex Fence for daily turn out (weather permitting). BRAND NEW Large 150'×90' outdoor arena with quality footing. Full jump course. Outdoor wash rack and picnic table viewing area. Private boarder tack room and bathroom. Free horse trailer parking available. Owner/Trainer lives on site, has been teaching for 13 years and riding for almost 20 years. Owner/trainer offers Hunter/Jumper lessons but all disciplines are welcome!! Lessons not required to board. Come enjoy your horse in this private, serene setting!! $415 per month.
