INDOOR ARENA is 80 x 190 with an additional 20 ft for hay, equipment, holding pens or viewing area. Sand footing, kickboards and NEW LED lighting. Large sliding doors at either end, plus two sliding windows for cross ventilation. 4 Pastures and 5 paddocks that are all 3-Board Wood Fencing. 2 Tack Rooms, Wash Rack, Feed room and Farrier Stall. 1 restroom on lower level.
