Arkansas Valley Riding Academy at Pine Ridge Acres / Horse Boarding Farm in Pottsville, Arkansas

We are a new facility 2 miles on the right past the Pottsville High School. 3 1/2 miles from I-40, great for layover boarding. We offer lessons, (from 2 different Instructors depending on your level of riding and style of riding), training and stall & pasture boarding. We have 10x12 and 10x15 stalls available, depending on your horses specific needs. All of the stalls have either a run-out or a large window. We have an average size roundpen and 96x180 arena (with Dressage letters). There are boarding/lesson packages, giving discounts. I am a ARIA Certified Riding Instructor and have a Show Team. Thoroughbred, Show Horse, & family friendly facility.

Our facility provides jumps, trail equipment, and a lower level cross country course. We will expand the course over time. Barrel/poles. We have nice trails leading to Galla Creek, which borders our property as well as the Wild Life refuge.

Our Colt Trainer- Lydia Carter, and Denise takes green horses and does specific discipline training (Jumping, Western pleasure, Dressage, Halter, exercise riding etc...)

We have nice schooling/show & trail horses that can start anyone.
Miranda Pearson is our other Instructor that takes our Beginner riders and our speed event rider's up to advanced level, and Saddleseat for Arabians, Morgans, and Saddlebreds.
There will be clinics, camps, or a farm show at AVRA once a month.

Our main barn has a Climate Controlled Office, feed (helping mold problems),and Tack (keeping bits warm in the winter months!)

Our arena will have lights in the next year and will be covered in the future!
We rent the facility out for Birthday Parties! There is a huge pond you can fish and paddleboat in as well.
The novice cross country/snowy river course is also available to ride on $12 hourly if you are not a student or boarder.
