A fun, family environment makes Blue Moon special! Horsemanship is emphasized in lessons. Students of all ages learn to ride with a balanced seat and learn the skills required to "be around" horses, not just sit on them and look pretty. Beginner lessons welcome, ages 4 to 70.
Blue Moon boasts a large indoor and outdoor arenas for year-round riding. We have a fleet of safe school horses and horses for lease to accommodate beginners and riders not wishing to own their own. We support local 4-H clubs and are the host barn for the Colonels Equestrian Team, an Interscholastic Equestrian Association member.
At Blue Moon Stables we are proud of our fun-loving and non-drama atmosphere. Children from several different school districts gather here to ride and make lifelong friends stemming from their love of horses!! Instruction is personalized for individual goals and schedules.
