LinRa Stables is located in a beautiful setting next to the James River. Close to town but yet quiet and tranquil with trails to ride for students. Riders of all ages welcome. Students range from 8 to 72 with riding abilities from beginners to advanced show riders. The riding instructor has over 60 years experience with horses and has taught riding for the last 25 years. Riders have shown locally as well as to world championships events. Many riders simply choose to love and ride horses on the property and to the river with no interest in showing.
