Located just outside of Chattanooga, Hixson Therapeutic Riding Program is a non-profit organization that was started in 2009. At HTRP, we offer a variety of services and strive to create a close-knit community that fosters a fun and safe learning environment. We offer several lesson options for riders of all levels including therapy. We have discovered that through a relationship with horses, students discover skills such as commitment, hard work, leadership, confidence and awareness as well as harmony, balance, courage, and accomplishment. Horses offer us the ability to look inside ourselves and experience a whole new level of being. HTRP encourages you to come out and discover the power these magnificent animals hold.
