Frog Hollow Farm in Esopus, NY is a friendly, quiet, full scale facility that is focused on the versatility and wellness of the horse and rider. Our program is mostly focused on dressage as our trainers Nancy Rosen and Elise Weber have a background in eventing; this way we can offer our horses and riders a well rounded education. We offer full training board, half hour and hour long private lessons, longe lessons, saddle club, summer camps, and adult rider theory meetings. I have 40 years of horse experience and currently compete and train at FEI levels. I am a patient and calm trainer that gets results through a variety of tools including plenty of time out of the ring. Kira is currently showing Prix St. Georges, Intermediaire I and schooling piaffe, passage, and one-tempi changes. She has horses in training at all levels, building positive horse-rider relationships with both adults and youth.
FEI dressage skills developed in FL, NJ, NY, Germany. Kira was Assistant Trainer/Barn Manager for international FEI trainer and U.S. Dressage Team member Shelly Francis at her operations in FL and Germany. Kira schooled horses and taught students through FEI while working with Shelly. Kira continues to work regularly with Shelly at Cricket Hill clinics.
Prior to that, she trained regularly with U.S. Olympian Robert Dover in both NJ and FL, responsible for the daily care and maintenance of international dressage horses. Reimagine Horsemanship offers lessons and training throughout the Hudson Valley. We specialize in equine rehabilitation and relationship-based horsemanship. We combine liberty work, classical dressage, ranch work, and natural horsemanship to reset the minds and bodies of troubled horses and provide them with a healthy, versatile education.

We utilize classical schooling principles to strengthen and develop healthy riding horses. We are noncompetitive. We practice dressage for the fitness and therapeutic value that it offers horses when executed correctly over time.

Traning/lesson board is available at our home facility in Poughquag, NY. We offer a holistic environment designed to help horses heal and learn. Along with regularly scheduled sessions, their education is immersed into their lifestyle and daily handling. We collaborate closely with vets, farriers, nutritionists, and physiotherapists to provide horses with whatever they need to establish and maintain their physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.

Horsemanship and liberty lessons/audits are available at our home farm. Our relationship-based horsemanship educational program teaches participants about horse care, herd dynamics, body language, horse whispering, animal communication, biomechanics, and much more. Students can participate in an array of activities with horses including round pen work, academic line work, trick training, obstacle challenges, jumping, trail, and classical dressage both in-hand and under saddle.
