Our philosophy is that in order to succeed, all horses/riders need to be in an ongoing instructional program. Our lesson program involves students taking two lessons per week. These lessons are taught in a private setting and are customized to educate and challenge their abilities and to improve their weaknesses. Every instructor takes the time to explain to students not only what to do, but the “how” and “why” of what they are being asked to do. It is very important that lessons are taught in a very quiet and supportive atmosphere, always emphasizing the positive while giving suggestions of how to correct the negative. I am a second generation professional horseman. I started riding at the age of 3. I competed in the Medal/Mclay finals for three consecutive years. I started competing in Junior Jumpers when I was 14. I competed in my first International competition at the age of 14. I rode extensively with George Morris, Victor Hugo-Vidal, Joey Darby, and Candice King. I lived and worked in europe for six months after I graduated from college and rode many young horses and stallions. And competed on a weekly basis. I started competing at Grand Prix level in 1999. I have placings at that level in Atlanta, Wellington, Lake Placid, The Hamptons, PA, NJ, Aiken, and NC. I operate a trianing showing and sales barn outside of Doylestown PA. We are a double A rated hunter/jumper show barn with a lesson barn feel. Spectacular training facility with professional instruction second to none. All training programs are based on the riders goals and his/her horse's potential. Our students learn how to ride and perform under the watchful eye of a Ph'd level performance analyst who has been training professional and Olympic level athletes for the past 25 years. All "on-site" horses have performed at the highest level shows in the country and are used for those who don't have their own horse.
