Located on the Lake Lewisville trails between Chin Chapel and 2499, 2 miles north of 407. We have 4 paddocks with shelter, a 6 stall barn with locked feed, and an equipment room. Small covered arena the size of a large round pen. No pasture land but 4 large paddocks with shelter and water. Lots of space for trailer parking as well. we are in a quiet neighborhood with trail access.

We would like to rent the entire 1.5-acre barn property to one person. You would be allowed to sublet as long as it is done responsibly and horses are fed and cared for.

Trailhead access on the property to greater than 30 miles of trail riding on lake Lewisville trails and there is a fishing pond on site. Must keep clean daily. will reimburse you for any needed repairs, welding skills would be a plus. Lovely 80 acre horse facility including 2 show quality horse barns, indoor lighted arena, outdoor 80 X 100 lighted arena, full size 198 X 66 dressage arena, 1 acre jump field, 3 acre cross country eventing field with 43 obstacles and pasture / trail riding. Horses are limited to no more than 17 on the facility property ensuring the highest quality care. We provide exceptional show horse boarding as well as specialize in retirement horse boarding. Attention to detail and care provided to specific client needs. Diets of all types accommodated. Turn out pastures with trees and shelters from 1 acre to 8 acres in size. Barn includes hot and cold wash rack, tack room, tack up area, climate controlled restroom, wide cement barn isle, 12 x 12 pipe show barn stalls and more..... We are Diamond J Ranch, a 20-acre established horse boarding facility offering full care and partial care pasture boarding. We are conveniently located in Northeast McKinney, less than 5 miles from Hwy 75. We are family owned and operated since 2010. The property is private and gated. Owners live onsite.

Pastures are always healthy and managed with low numbers, overseeding program, rotation plan, and periodic mowing/dragging. We refill the water tanks daily and clean regularly. Horses have 24/7 access to high quality round bales in the pastures year-round,
