Woodson Hill Equestrian Center offers full service horse boarding just north of Parkville. We strive to provide a clean, safe and fun atmosphere for you and quality care from very knowledgeable staff that encompasses the individual needs of your horse. Stall board includes hay, grain, daily stall cleaning and daily turnout (weather permitting).

During the winter, each stall is provided with a heated water bucket. During the summer, each stall is provided with an overhead fan and each horse enjoys the benefit of an all barn fly spray system that provides a mist of fly spray over each stall and down the aisle 24/7.

The facilities include a wash bay with hot and cold water, heated lounge with window view to indoor lighted arena, restroom, tack lockers, one (1) large round pen and an outdoor arena. All arenas and round pens have good maintained sand footing. Added services WHEC offers include feeding any supplement, hay, or grain type, specialized turn out, blanketing, and just about anything else you and/or your horse would need or like.

Woodson Hill Equestrian Center offers lessons and training from three great professionals. Their specialties include Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, Showmanship, English and Western Equitation, hunter/jumper and saddleseat.

WHEC offers a $50 discount off of boarding rates for the first three months if you have your horse in full training.

We are a full service horse retirement farm with 700 acres of rolling pastures, spring fed ponds, and friendly horses! 7 Springs Farm is located in the beautiful Ozarks of Missouri, with four even seasons. We have stalls mostly for inclement weather, and several run in barns in the pastures. We keep herd sizes under 10. Most are closer to 5 horses, and are they are paired depending on their needs and personalities. We have a group for everyone! You will receive monthly updates and pictures of your horse too!

We will treat your horse like family! The horses who are retired with us at 7 Springs Farm spend their days in large, green pastures with their herd mates. They get to graze all day long next to a good friend, drink from spring fed ponds, take a nap under a nice shade tree, and even chase some cattle if they are feeling spunky! It really is a dream, and when the owners come to visit occasionally they jokingly ask if they can retire here too! We have taken care of retired horses from all over the country; California, Arizona, Colorado, New York, Florida & more. Sunset Hill is located on 85 acres just 5 minutes from town! What a convenient place to keep your best friend so you can spend everyday with your horse without the long drive. Complete with green pastures, auto waterers, cozy sheds your horse will love living in a safe social group of horses with daily attention and care.
If a stall is where you horse likes to spend some time we provide full care stall board with hay, Purina feed, and daily turnout all included in basic board. We have 12 stalls to choose from in two sizees, also some options for private paddocks.

We have other well kept amenities such as an outdoor arena with all weather footing,
round pen, 40 acres of cut trails,
extreme and not so extreme obstacle course to play on and so much more to make your time spent here enjoyable.

Forbes Ranch KC, LLC is a premire state of the art horse boarding facility. A brand new, clean facility built in 2014 is nestled on 85 beautiful acres just 15 minutes East of Overland Park, 10 minutes SW of Lee's Summit. The property is enclosed by perimeter fencing and electric entrance gate to ensure protection and security for the horses, but additionally we added a riding trail that encompasses the entire property for our boarders private use.
