Sunset Hill is located on 85 acres just 5 minutes from town! What a convenient place to keep your best friend so you can spend everyday with your horse without the long drive. Complete with green pastures, auto waterers, cozy sheds your horse will love living in a safe social group of horses with daily attention and care.
If a stall is where you horse likes to spend some time we provide full care stall board with hay, Purina feed, and daily turnout all included in basic board. We have 12 stalls to choose from in two sizees, also some options for private paddocks.

We have other well kept amenities such as an outdoor arena with all weather footing,
round pen, 40 acres of cut trails,
extreme and not so extreme obstacle course to play on and so much more to make your time spent here enjoyable.

We offer a wide range of boarding options to fit needs. We have a great geriatric retirement program we have several residents over 25 and some over 40. We treat every horse like one of our own and it shows!

We have a 60' round pen and miles of trails. Our staff consists of knowledgeable horse lovers with years of experience in horse care and farm management. We offer large paddocks with runs or stalls. Grain and hay twice daily.

Woodson Hill Equestrian Center offers full service horse boarding just north of Parkville. We strive to provide a clean, safe and fun atmosphere for you and quality care from very knowledgeable staff that encompasses the individual needs of your horse. Stall board includes hay, grain, daily stall cleaning and daily turnout (weather permitting).

During the winter, each stall is provided with a heated water bucket. During the summer, each stall is provided with an overhead fan and each horse enjoys the benefit of an all barn fly spray system that provides a mist of fly spray over each stall and down the aisle 24/7.

The facilities include a wash bay with hot and cold water, heated lounge with window view to indoor lighted arena, restroom, tack lockers, one (1) large round pen and an outdoor arena. All arenas and round pens have good maintained sand footing. Added services WHEC offers include feeding any supplement, hay, or grain type, specialized turn out, blanketing, and just about anything else you and/or your horse would need or like.

Woodson Hill Equestrian Center offers lessons and training from three great professionals. Their specialties include Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, Showmanship, English and Western Equitation, hunter/jumper and saddleseat.

WHEC offers a $50 discount off of boarding rates for the first three months if you have your horse in full training.
