Full service boarding facility. Training of horses and their riders, all disciplines. Emphasis on quality care and safety for both horse and rider.

I’m offering full care horse boarding at my private farm located one mile north of Longmont.

Boarding Fee = $650/month

Boarding fee includes:
- quality alfalfa and/or grass hay and grain fed twice per day
- clean and fresh water
- pen cleaning every other day
- turn out to pasture a minimum of once per week (weather permitting).

We have 12’ x 48’ and 24’ x 48’ pens with shelters as well as a large group pen with a shelter available. We also have trailer parking available for an additional fee.

There’s a 65 foot round pen and a 200’ x 125’ riding arena. There are several pastures to ride in and miles of country roads to explore. There’s a restroom as well as a fire pit area to hang out around. Feel free to contact me with any questions.... See More

We are a small, full-service equine boarding facility with plenty of room both for your horse to stretch his legs and for you to focus on your riding, yet only 25 minutes north of Denver. On our spacious 25-acres we have an indoor arena, a regulation-sized dressage court and a large outdoor arena with jumps available. Haven Hills Barn/ Body N Soul, LLC is a private boarding facility where your equine partners will receive the love, care and respect that they deserve and that you desire. It is located just outside of Boulder, CO.

The boarding facility at Haven Hills includes access to full care including: turn in/turn out, feeding of grain and supplements, blanketing (if provided), worming, taking care of fly masks (if provided), holding for the farrier and vet, scheduling fall/spring routine vaccinations.

There are 3 pastures, each approximately 2-3 acres with sheds, available for turn out on grass. These fields can hold a small herd of compatible horses up to 3 or 4 horses. Horses are herd animals and live the best within a group that they feel safe in. Stalls are also available, with daily turn out for grazing.

Other amenities include:

A tack room
A heated bathroom for client usage
A hot/cold wash rack for horses
A beautiful arena, and
Access to riding trails, which are also available on the property

Horse Boarding just east of I-25 and 136th Ave. Great location, with easy access. Save fuel and ride more often, having your horse closer to where you live. We are offering a limited number of stalls on our property. Please call to schedule a time and stop by for a tour.

Boards starts at $290.00/ month. Stalls are cleaned on a daily basis in the morning by the facility.
*Quality hay, stored inside the barn, not outside in the weather. Grass / alfalfa mix. More grass than alfalfa.
*The facility will feed grain you provide.
*All stalls have spacious shelter under the barn lean-to.
* Stall mats.
* No mud when it rains and snows, as we haul in a sand mixture for the entire barnyard area.
* All stalls have large runs. 12' to 27' wide. 50' to 90' long.
* We also have a larger area (dry lot) for turn-out.
* Large, lighted, lockable, weather and mouse proof tack rooms. Tack rooms have keyless entry, so no keys to carry around or remember.
*An area is provided within the barn to store grain, thus freeing up additional space within your tack room.

* Large 4' OR 5' round galvanized tank provided for feeding hay off the ground.
* Two 60' Round pens. One open rail and the other closed sided. The closed sided r-pen walls are at an angle so you can ride within it without hitting your knees.
* Riding/ trails available within the neighborhood and surrounding area. No need to trailer-out to ride, just jump on and go.
* Friendly, clean, safe area for you and your horse.
* Manure is hauled away on a regular basis to prevent excessive flies, bugs and odor.
* Barn bathroom available for your convenience.
* Wash area for your horse.
* Mounting block, located just outside the barnyard fence for rides within the neighborhood.
* An outdoor riding arena 60' x 150' Barrels, cones, mounting block, etc provided. The arena is groomed regularly.
