Private property has 7 individually lighted stalls for lease. Two of them are birthing stalls. Lighted TAC room. 1 acre Turn out pasture available on a scheduled bases with other boarders. Near Guadalupe and Higley. Trails nearby. Self care.

We are a family oriented boarding facility with over 60 stalls and a large lighted arena, smaller turn-out arena, 2 round pens, 2 wash racks, individual tack closets and an air conditioned rec room with wifi, fridge, microwave, snack & soda machines, billiards & foosball. Prices are $250-$350 for large covered stalls and some barn stalls with corrals. We feed up to 2 flakes of alfalfa twice daily and clean the stalls 6x per week. There are canal trails just off our property and we have a trail riding group of 6-10 ladies that trailer out every Friday to trails throughout the valley. We have a riding school and Special Olympics Equestrian team for volunteer and work exchange for board options as well. We go to some local shows but are not a performance focused facility, rather a bunch of horse loving enthusiasts enjoying a community of people who share our passions but don't need to strive to the top of the competetive world to feel accomplished. We have 5 grass pastures on which 6 hours turnout time is given min daily, we feed a customized program 3 times a day of premium alfafa and or bermuda, Nutrena grain, probiotics, electrolytes and trace minerals included. Additional supplements provided will be fed as requested.
We have a lit, sand arena, round pen and 30 acres of open land for riding just across the street. San tan trail riding is 30 minutes away.
The stalls are cleaned 5 days a week with tons of shavings, weekly manure removal from facility to add to pest control and mosquito fogging spraying every 4 weeks.
Every stall has fan hook up and are fully covered with auto waters.
Quarterly worming, blanketing, fly mask changes are all included as well.
