Horse Manure Removal ... shavings, sawdust, pellets or straw bedding accepted.

We will spot a 10 yd.dumpster at your farm, emptied ' on-call ', or bring a 20 yd and a skidsteer loader and load the manure from a manure bin/pile by call/appointment.

TWO Co-op care stalls now available!
Candidate will be required to work two mornings and one evening shift *can be somewhat flexible with days/times* feed/stalls/turn in/out etc.. This farm has an extremely efficient method for chores and should take 1 person no longer than 2 hours in the AM and no longer than 1-1 & 1/2 hours in the PM. [We can be somewhat flexible with times]
Board will be $450 / Month due on the date of move-in each month. All hay, feed, stall and bedding included.
Supplements and additional bedding (if required) provided by owner. Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist on staff as Assistant Barn Manager and Instructor. Tune-Ups and Exercise rides available for additional fee. Lessons are available at a reduced rate. Lessons cannot be earned. They are a paid service only.
Requirements are as Follows: * Physically capable of working in a farm/barn environment in all four seasons * Physically able to lift 50 lbs. * Must not be allergic to dust, hay, grasses, horse or goat hair * Must be comfortable around horses * Able to commit to your assigned days & shifts per week CONSISTENTLY & RELIABLY * Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation in all weather.

Maximum turn out time in one of our well maintained pastures.
Horses enjoy pasture time as much as possible. Horses enjoy time in their stalls during extreme heat, cold or extreme weather. We do not have a regular in / out seasonal rotation as we agree with many studies that support a more natural lifestyle for our equine friends to prevent / reduce stall vices, ulcers and the like.

Customized feeding regimen based on each horse's individual, nutritional needs.

Amenities Include: LED lighting in stalls, lighted indoor riding arena, direct access to indoor arena from the barn, lighted outdoor riding ring. Heated /air conditioned lounge with view into indoor riding arena. Lounge amenities include, flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player, fridge, microwave, Keurig single serve gourmet coffee maker and seating.

Barn and large pasture for your horse - No Boarding Fee (1 horse). We have an extra stall and lots of pasture to share. We are looking for an owner of a nice friendly horse, who needs a safe place to keep their horse. We want someone who is very involved with their horse and wants to visit and interact with their horse daily. In return, we will need you to provide care for your horse and ours when we travel. You will be able to share our barn and pasture at no charge. You provide your own feed, and vet and farrier care. We can share hay expense or you can provide your own. The barn is clean and comfortable, with water, tack room, Safe T electric fencing and stalls that open directly to the pasture, and horses can come and go as they want. Plenty of grass for two horses. We have a friendly 15 year old Thoroughbred mare. Most days we are available and can share/split the care of the horses. However, over the winter and select dates throughout the year when we travel, you must provide care twice each day for both horses. You must live close to us to ensure your ability to come for morning and evening feedings. We offer daily care, unlimited hay, and clean stalls for your horse. We use kiln dried pine shavings for bedding on top of rubber stall mats. We also have a multi horse discount and outdoor riding ring and storage for your use. Free trailer parking. We will be starting a very aggressive fly program this spring. We will be treating all horse feed with Solitude IGR. It is a pass through fly control method . It does NOT kill adult flies, but when eggs are laid in the treated manure the larva do not develop properly and they die. It has been proven safe and effective. So this year All the manure will be a fly attractant/killer. I have small pens near the barn for daily turnout/ even 24/7 when they can't be in the meadows depending on the weather. Enables me to much better manage the meadows. I manage the meadows with first priority being ensuring healthy grass. I will turnout horses on grass as much as possible. However if your horse must be limited on grass that is no problem. We grow our own hay--so I know what I am feeding! However we want all boarders to supply any grain/sweetfeed they want because everybody wants something different. Self-Care or Partial Care boarding on 21 acre horse farm. Self-care is just that you provide and do everything for $150 a month. We offer blanketing at no extra charge and have regularly scheduled farrier, veterinary, dental and worming. Clients have access to both indoor and outdoor lighted rings and round pen, as well as 33 acres of private trails with 50+ acres behind the property to ride. Special events for clients, such as bonfires and BBQ's, are held often. Boarders have access to the trainer everyday for any needs or questions that may arise with their horse.
