At Camelot Acres, all the horses enjoy the tranquility and attention received provided and the owners can enjoy the peace of mind of having their horses cared for from the personal attention of the owner on the 30 acre farm. Feeding is twice a day and pastures are huge for grazing. In the non grazing season, horses get 1/2 bale each of Alecia or coastal ha daily and more if needed. Large water troughs are kept filled daily and replaced with pressure washed ones weekly so they are aways kept clean. Both the retired and working horses are given full board with separate feeding pens, run in shelters and wooded pastures. The full sized Dressage arena and the 120 ft round pen are enjoyed by everyone. 2 wash racks, tack rooms and parking for horse trailers are available and included for your use. The farm is secured with 2 locked gates and all pastures gave double gate closures. The farm location is just minutes from Dothan and 5 mi from the Fl line just off the main highway by a safe 1 mile. It is convenient to the shopping, tack stores and pet suppliers. Our farrier is here according to the horses' needs and the farm vet is close by and willing to do farm calls if needed.
