30 acres, two large ponds, large wash area, 8 stalls and a newly renovated two stall private barn, tack room!!!!!!. We have four private paddocks for riding and four pastures to accommodate trail rides. This is a little piece of heaven many times resembling a wildlife area with the geese and ducks that visit. Our 70 acres of pasture is divided into 4 paddocks & are gently sloping downward allowing water to drain and grass to grow even in the most wet conditions. This is a quiet ranch setting with owner living on site. Gated access restricts strangers. Horses checked on daily and have hay when there's no grass. They have shade, run in sheds & fresh water. We like to separate horses according to age, sex, and owner, thus protecting the more timid horses. Blanketing, grooming, exercise & daily grain feeding available.
Boarders have use of feed & tack storage, stalls, round pen, arena, picnic campsite area, RV Hookups & Trailer parking.
We have many miles of scenic wooded trails and trail ride daily so you'll have someone to rode with. We also transport if needed.
Cost is $100 per horse per 30 days. If you have multiple horses, there is a 10% discount.
