Scarlett Grove Stables is situated on almost 16 acres of lush pasture. This full service boarding, training and sales barn is conveniently located on Route 7. We are 30 minutes to Upperville, 40 minutes to Morven Park Show grounds in Leesburg & Middleburg, Virginia. Also minutes from a cross country course.

Laid back atmosphere ~ Your horse will receive outstanding care.

The barn has 9-12x12 matted stalls, hot and cold wash stall, and a large tack/lounge room. The outdoor arena is 100x200 with a mix of sand and bluestone.

Daily exercise $25.00 a ride

Holly Grubb is the head trainer of Scarlett Grove Stables. She has competed through Intermediate level with over 20 years of successful coaching, training and showing three day eventing to teach you the proper skills from the basics of riding up to advanced levels. Holly trained under Sandora Oppenheim. Holly brings out the best in her riders, ponies and horses in a fun yet challenging environment. She builds sportsmanship into her riders while they achieve success in the show ring.
