We have a Bed and Breakfast on our property and also simply have a turn out pasture that is about 3 acres. We do not have a barn with stables. We do not have feed. We do however have a place to park trailers and have power available for trailers with living quarters. Lessons with Carol Lynn McArdle. Carol is a well-known Master Trainer and Clinician in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. She specializes in classical dressage instruction and teaches riders how to train their horses in the classical tradition of dressage, which is based on a deep knowledge of equine biomechanics and functional anatomy. She is known for preserving the cheerfulness and positivity in both her equine and human students and helps people from all disciplines improve their riding and training. She is the owner of "Tir na nO’g School of Academic Equitation" and regularly travels from her Whidbey Island farm to teach clinics throughout Washington and Oregon (and beyond).

Located just off of Interstate 5 at exit 215, Stephanie Blockley - Clarke Dressage at Meadowgate offers a low key, friendly environment with competent, highly experienced staff for the care of your horse. Meadowgate is also the home of Grey Horse Training - Ann Tukey Shideler.

Meadowgate's 60 acre facility is unequaled in variety of options of mud free individual turnout pen, paddock, and pasture options, which is something that is increasingly difficult to find these days.

The very tall heritage barn with its great light and air offers extra large stalls, bright wash rack, 5 crosstie tack up stalls, indoor walking area for inclement weather, on-site laundry service.

Trails abound just outside the back gate, there is a bridle trail around the farm as well.

The covered 70 x 200 ft arena surrounded by covered 15 ft aisleway has an adjacent outdoor 70 x 200 arena. Both arenas have sand and rubber footing that is diligently maintained to a very high standard.

Horses have individualized feeding and turnout programs. There is a late evening barn check by personnel that live on site.
