Bailey Creek Farm, LLC is a horse boarding facility with a distinct family atmosphere that has been in business for over 25 years. The barn is located in Gwinnett County’s Dacula, Georgia. This unique equestrian facility provides a family-oriented community for owners to ride and care for their horses on a well-established farm. We do offer full care board for those who do not want to participate in the co-op.

Bailey Creek is managed in a unique co-op fashion that gives members a direct input into the barn environment, making it more affordable for everyone. To prevent interference with boarder's use of facilities, Bailey Creek is not open to non-boarders for trail rides or lessons. Oak Hill Farm offers many pasture board and retirement board options to suit your needs. We have huge, well maintained pastures with multiple run in sheds per pasture and four board wood fencing. Onsite, we have a lighted riding arena groomed frequently, 17 acres of trails, hot/cold wash racks, a tack barn for storage, and a bathroom. We feed premium feed, soaked if needed, and all the horses get twice daily hands on inspections. Water troughs are checked twice daily, scrubbed as needed, and fresh water is given daily. Pasture board on 21 acres with large barn and 1.5 acre lake in North Forsyth. $100 per month. Barn is fully equipped with stalls and bathroom facility.

Spring Lake Farms, is located in historic Covington, Georgia east of Atlanta off Interstate 20 and includes 60 ft board round pen, 100 x 200 riding ring, hot and cold wash rack, tack room and bathroom, safe 2 x 4 horse wire fencing, trailer parking and 21 acres of pasture all for the price of $300 monthly for full board. Our stalls are 11 ft X 13 ft, matted with fans in the hot summertime. We will blanket your horse in the winter if needed. If your horse needs special supplements or smark- paks that is fine too.

We feed alfalfa orchard grass hay from Kentucky and Southern States 10% pellet grain twice daily. The horses are turned out every day weather permitting. We can accommodate as few as 2 horses in one pasture together. We live on the premises and are retired. We have trailer rental so our customers do not have to purchase one of their own. We also have RV hookup for over-nighters.

We are located near many wonderful trail riding facilities such as, International Horse Park in Conyers, Charlie Elliott Game Ranch and trails and Hard Labor Creek State Park.
