We have a Safe/Clean, Adults Only, facility here in Montgomery Texas.

We also have a very large open pasture with trees for lucky gelding guests to join with our 3 Senior boys, permitting that everyone gets along. No Stallions are Ever Allowed on the property no exceptions! This would considered pasture board with no board use. Price to be determined.

Trails are available within riding distance off the property. Our Ranch has lots of trees for natural shade. When weather or staying out side is just not accommodating the use of a stall will be granted, however an additional Fee for use of the individual barn stall will be added to your monthly fee, per day per use, depending upon availability of course.

Although we do not have an arena. There is a large fenced area outdoors, non-shaded, from the rest of the other horses that can be used for specific workouts.

Mineral blocks for horse licks are kept next to the clean water troughs. The pasture area is large and very safe with white vinyl fencing which never gives any sprinters. It is not hot wired, so horses have to have good ground manners and not challenge the fencing.

To review, First and Last deposit required as well as proof of Negative Coggins, and your horse must be Up To Date on all Vaccinations, No Exceptions. Any horse Vices need to be disclosed prior to Acceptance of your horse along with Ranch Mangers approval.

Our Vet is only a couple blocks away and can make a barn call when needed.

Worming recommendation for all pasture horses is recommended. Also any additional medications, supplements, or blanketing will be provided and done by you.

We provide rehabilitation services as well as a great boarding facility. Over 60 acres with trails, 1 covered arena, 2 out door arenas and a jogging track. We also have 2 round pens, a equine pool and a hot walker.

Dry Creek Ranch is a quiet, peaceful boarding facility for adult horses of all ages. We provide 24/7 quality care and supervision for all our equine residents. Located 5 miles south of The Woodlands, near Tomball, Magnolia, and Spring. Owner & full time groom/barn manager live on the property. Two barn checks between 6 p.m. and midnight.

Our main barn has 11 (12x12) matted stalls. We also have a 12-stall, L-shaped shed-row barn. All stalls are deeply bedded, and have 2 large water buckets that are cleaned daily. We feed quality Purina, Nutrena, and Triple Crown pelleted feeds but will provide any feed you choose. We also administer wormers, feed supplements & medications you provide, and blanket your horse at no additional expense. Several veterinarians & certified farriers service our clients’ horses, but you are free to use your own. We offer full board only - no night turnout or trailer parking. Horses are turned out daily from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM except during stormy weather. Our beautiful, grassy pastures all have run-in sheds and are maintained for year-round grazing. We have no dry lots. Both individual and small group turnout is available. Our facility includes:
- A 100 x 200 ft. lighted outdoor arena with new sharp sand footing which eliminates standing water after heavy rain.
- Indoor & outdoor wash racks with hot and cold water
- Two tack rooms
- A 65 ft. covered, lighted, indoor round pen
- Private bathroom facility for our clients’ use
All owners must sign a boarding agreement and provide a current, negative Coggins & up-to-date vaccination records. Any vices or special needs must be disclosed to the ranch owner before the horse can be accepted for boarding. Our current boarding fee is $550.00/month. Clients wilI be notified in advance if a boarding fee increase should become necessary. We request 30 days written notice if you plan to move your horse.
