We are a privately owned boarding facility nestled in between 13 acres of woods that houses a total of 16 horses. We do not run clinics or shows so you will not be fighting with others over arena use!! We have tried to create a place with both the boarder and horse in mind and truly believe that we offer a wonderful experience for both! Safyre Stables is a small personable boarding operation dedicated to offering high quality individual care for every horse. We are located just outside Batavia on a quiet private farm only a short 5 mile drive to the Kettle Moraine horse trails. There is a 60 x 90 indoor riding arena on site. High quality grass/alfalfa hay provided year round to stall and pastured horses. Boarders supply their own grain. Pasture horses are grained once a day and stalled horses twice a day. We have two openings for horse boarding. Large box stalls 11 x 13 to our smallest which is 10 x 11 feet. Stalls are all rubber matted and cleaned daily. Grain and hay is feed twice a day. Vitamins, soybean oil and worming are included. Our indoor arena is 60 x 150”. The indoor arena has excellent footing and the lighting is great. We have very dust problems in the arena which is great for horse and rider both. There are heated water tanks in the pasture with very safe fencing. Number of horses are limited to three a pasture. Limited trail riding is available when weather permits. We are a small family run stable. Only 12 horses are on the property. Private & quiet facility on 73 acres with groomed riding trails with both level areas and some small hills through the property with both open and wooded areas. Large, airy, open, and well lit barn. Horses are able to see each other in the barn stalls and in turnout so they never feel isolated. Owners live on property and handle horses a minimum of 2 times per day. The same 2 people see your horse daily throughout the day and at night, no staff changes. Small number of boarders.

11 Large 12x24 matted stalls with shavings. Wash bay with hot & cold water. Heated tack room with a refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom. 69x170 indoor arena with rubber/sand footing and mirrors, dust free with use of MgCl. 72x204 outdoor arena with sand footing and 5 ft. fencing. Screen covered entries in barn and indoor arena to keep out pesky flies and birds.

All horses turned out for entire day with view of other horses. Individual paddocks available. No need to worry about pecking order adjustments between horses. Seasonal pasture turnout available. Heated buckets provided 24/7 in winter. No rough board available, all horses are put up in an individual barn stall during night. Hay fed 3-4 times per day. Sterling Acres is located on acres land surrounded by DNR forest near Random Lake, WI. We offer Hybrid Stall Board with continuous access to hay via slow feeders in dry lots and rotated pasture in warmer months with grain fed 2X per day in assigned stalls with the option to feed soaked grain. Stalls available for overnight in negative temps or if medical need arises. We believe that continuous turnout is best for the minds, gut, joints and hooves.
