Diamond P Equestrian Center offers Riding and Driving Lessons for ages 4 - 94 ( you are never too young or old to learn and have fun). All disciplines, beginners through advanced, our horse or yours. We have 2 trainers to meet all of the needs of our students.
Students who are interested in demonstrating their skills in the show ring will have the opportunity to be instructed in the proper show discipline and accompanied by a trainer at local shows.
Riders who are interested in trail riding will have many opportunities to accompany our trainers out on various trails around Central Florida.
We also offer Saddle Club to enhance horsemanship. Saddle Club meets on Saturdays. Students will gain hands-on experience and instruction on a variety of equestrian topics including: vocabulary, breeds, tack, disciplines, grooming, facilities, medical, and show instruction.

I am a USDF Silver Medalist and have had the opportunity to train horses from birth through Grand Prix dressage and everything in between. I have been training horses for over 15 years and have worked with a USDF Gold Medalist and "R" judge for over 10 years. I have successfully started many young horses under-saddle, and have had the privilege to bring several of them past Fourth Level so far, scoring in the 70's at every level along the way.. Most notably training the imported German Warmblood stallion Blue Eyed Dream GF from a gangly three year old to competing together in Intermediare-1 dressage with scores as high as 76%, I have worked with many different trainers throughout the years and look forward to sharing my knowledge with the horse community in the central florida area and beyond. On nice days there's nothing better than riding outside in either our round pen (great for beginners), riding ring and track (ideal for driving lessons).
During inclement weather we can move inside to our beautiful indoor arena, a spacious 150x50. There is no reason to miss a lesson due to rain!

Offering English riding lessons for the novice rider with a budding interest in horses to the accomplished equestrian. We have lesson horses suitable for all levels, safe ponies through horses able to jump 3'courses. We also provide flat work lessons for those wanting to brush up on their riding skills in general. For the younger bunch, generally 7 and under, we offer a "mini" lesson to help get them accustomed to riding in a shorter session focusing half the time on grooming and the other half on riding. The more seasoned equestrian can lesson privately or in a group session. Our instructor has over 20 years horse experience and is a graduate of University of Florida with degree in animal biology and also elementary education. I offer riding lessons for people with their own horse, at their own place. I focus on safety while teaching a balanced independent seat, proper use of riding aids, with explanation ahead of time.
