Lessons: Private and small group lessons available by appointment. Classical riding is taught with a focus on strong horsemanship as the foundation for any riding style. The farm is hunter-jumper and cross country focused, but everyone is welcome! In fact, bareback riding during lessons is strongly encouraged to help students develop a strong core and seat. Our facility has lessons 6 days a week to fit your schedule excluding Mondays. We offer private lessons and group lessons. We have riding programs that fit every need, from the pleasure rider to the competitive rider. We will evaluate each rider and see what their short term and long term goals are and will strive to reach those goals. All of our programs emphasize on safety and rider development. An equitation facility for kids and families. Morning Star Farm specializes in the training of children and adults. We offer a complete riding program both individual and group.
Our training includes not only riding. On Sunday our Horsemanship Program teaches total horse care, horse first aid, breeds, colors, feeding, safety on and off the horse, grooming and tacking.

JT Equestrian offers riding instruction to the young beginner rider through the advanced riders. Specializing in children. The disciplines taught range from basic english riding to jumping and the basics of dressage. Jennifer and her students will be showing at most of the local shows. Summer camp programs will be available in the summer and scout badges. JT Equestrian has quality lesson horses and ponies. Full and half leasing is available on premises.
Jennifer is a 2008 graduate of Johnson & Wales Univeristy where she majored in Equine Business Management and was also a riding major. She completed courses in riding instruction as well as many others.

For years, we have created a fun, exciting and nurturing environment for children of all ages. A place where they can experience life on a farm.

Our farm is located in the rural setting of Hunterdon County New Jersey. We have 10 acres of open land and woods where your kids can experience farm life. At Woodhedge Farm your children will learn horse safety, riding, barn management in addition to arts, crafts and swimming.

A typical lesson begins with grooming the horses and saddling up. Once we are done riding we get to give the horses a bath, and treats before turning them out for some rest and relaxation. We offer lessons to kids of all ages, and all skill level!

A typical camp day consists of morning riding, followed by some barn chores, lunch, crafts, and swimming! Your children will learn how to clean stalls, set up food, clean tack and shovel lots of manure! Before the sun goes down our campers get a second chance to ride either on our trails or in our arena.
