We invite riders of all ages and skill levels to join our established lesson program at Three Fillies Farm. Individualized instruction, seasoned lesson horses, and experienced instructors provide a safe and welcome learning environment.

We have fun but safe riding lessons. I have been a full time riding instructor for 9 years, I certainly love what I do. I typically start at the age of 5 but I have had some students start as early as 4 years old. Right now my oldest student is 50 so as you can see I have a wide range of ages. I do use my personal horses, I have at times traveled to other barns if need be. My rates are 4-5 year olds are a half an hour private lesson for $15, 6 years old and up is an hour private lessons for $25, group rate for the hour lesson is $5 off each participant. Hi. I have been teaching for the past 17 years. Excellent with starting the children and a good eye for refinement on the competitor. I have competed to the intermediate level of eventing. Shown third level dressage. Rode professionally in California. Great at teaching riders softness and correctness for both the dressage and jumping phases. Sherri is a high honors graduate of Kent State University with Bachelor of Science degree in teaching. She currently runs one of the largest horse 4-H clubs in the county. She has a passion for instruction. Her love for horses and the children that ride them is evident in her training. She offers comprehensive instruction both on and off the horse to prepare her students both children and adults for the show ring if desired.
