Horseback Riding in Winter Park, Florida (Orange County)

We are an equestrian facility located in southeastern Hillsborough County. We specialize in beginner riders of all ages but cater to the advanced rider in the show ring as well. Safety is our first priority. Weekly riding lessons start with children as young as 5 years and continue through to the advanced rider. We have several levels of lesson horses available. Beginner through advanced summer camps are also available for both youth and adults. We also offer boarding and training. Our goal is to build confidence and independence in the new rider. In addition to learning how to ride, we teach the basics of good horsemanship and horse care starting from the ground up. We provide a family friendly environment that makes Bryan Stables the perfect home for you and your horse whether you are a casual rider wanting to better your riding skills or you are pursuing your dreams in the show ring. The Riding Academy at RGS is devoted to the student. We cater to each riders individual needs and strive to take you to the next level in a safe and encouraging environment.
With over 15 years experience, head instructor Carly Duggan has paired many champion teams in the show ring. From beginner to seasoned equestrian, we offer lessons in Saddleseat, driving and western disciplines.
One thing you can say about Florida weather is... wait ten minutes and it will change!
On nice days there's nothing better than riding outside in either our round pen (great for beginners), riding ring and track (ideal for driving lessons).
During inclement weather we can move inside to our beautiful indoor arena, a spacious 150x50. There is no reason to miss a lesson due to rain!

I am a USDF Silver Medalist and have had the opportunity to train horses from birth through Grand Prix dressage and everything in between. I have been training horses for over 15 years and have worked with a USDF Gold Medalist and "R" judge for over 10 years. I have successfully started many young horses under-saddle, and have had the privilege to bring several of them past Fourth Level so far, scoring in the 70's at every level along the way.. Most notably training the imported German Warmblood stallion Blue Eyed Dream GF from a gangly three year old to competing together in Intermediare-1 dressage with scores as high as 76%, I have worked with many different trainers throughout the years and look forward to sharing my knowledge with the horse community in the central florida area and beyond.
