Training and lessons offered at Aisling Farm in St. Stephens Church. One month of training ($675) includes 5 days a week of riding, stall, grain/hay, and turnout for your horse. Trainer April Trimmer has over 15yrs experience training, riding, showing, and caring for horses. She mainly focuses on Dressage, and she has her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals. She also has experience in other disciplines such as combined training, driving, showing in hand, and even exercising racehorses. Send your show horse for a month to get tuned up before show season this spring, or send your young horse to get started. All horses are worked with a Dressage foundation. All Breeds welcome, even mules and donkeys!

Riding Lessons are also offered on school horses. Trailer ins are welcome! Beginner lessons include learning how to safely groom, tack up, and cool out a horse. $35 for a 1hr private lesson. Christmas package offered. 3 lessons for $90
Have you ever wanted to learn how to drive a horse? Driving lessons are also offered. Learn how to drive a single horse with a cart or wagon, or learn how to drive a team. Lessons include harnessing and hitching. $45 for a 1hr private lesson.

Zephyr Stables offers riding lessons to all ages. English and Western lessons are available from beginner to advanced. We offer a fun atmosphere and learning experience for anyone interested in horses. We specialize in rehabilitation of rescue horses that are used in the lesson program. We offer weekly trail rides as a group or schedule your own ride. Take some lessons and join in on the weekly rides. We match up small riders with small mounts and not so small riders to horses just their size. Birthday and other parties also available with pony rides. Lessons/training available at your home in the Augusta County area or trailer to my home to use my 100x200 riding ring, the schooling jump trail that winds through hills and woods, or the many trails for riding in the George Washington National Forest.

I have 40 years experience teaching dressage, hunt seat, Western, Eventing/Cross Country/Foxhunting and trail skills. I also teach Orienteering by horseback.
