Hidden Ponds is a boarding and lesson barn. We teach beginners through advanced riders, children and adults. Our main focus is Hunt Seat. We do local shows, 4-H, and also show on the Welsh Pony circuit, as well as attend several pleasure driving shows every year. Dream Big Stables is a ride at your own risk farm. Children under the age of 16 are requierd to wear a helmats at any given time only for their safety. Children ages 16-17 are allow to have their parents consent o decide weather or not they are able o go without a hemaet.. Anyone over the age of 18 do not have to wear one unless they wish to. Trail riding starts at $25 an hour and for an extra hours are $25 as well. Lessons are $10 an hour during the week and then $15 on the weekend only because we would be taking our time for our weekends to help others. Training horses is one of our specialties. They will be separated from our horse only for caution due t any illnesses, but tey are to be cogged and rabies with their shots up to date as well. We have a 30 day training policy where after the 30 days you can take a couple days to see how your horse does to your satisfaction. We are demanding $200 up front and hen $200 at the end for a total of $400 with our supply of feed, grooming, and hay. As trainers we are giving you a dream at life to do, and becomes anything and everything you want. We will get you to yur best abilities to be a great rider or just to have fun out on a trail ride. Our horses are not mean at all, some are young and some are old. Horses will have their days,but there is nothing we can do bout that but to work with them. Erin M Goodney is the resident trainer of Franconia Farm in Remsen,New York.She also travels to offer her serivices. Erin has spent her entire life involved in the equine industry and has ridden under a variety of trainers to improve her riding ability. She has also spent time working under international riders and trainers. Erin has shown on the hunter and equitation curcuits from local showing to IHSA showing, A rated showing at HITS Saugerties, Lake Placid, and Syracuse. Erin has traveled to Wellington, Florida during the winter months to work in the big time show world. She has a Bachelors Degree in Animals Science with a Concentration of Equine from Suny Cobleskill. Erin gives English riding lessons to the competitive rider who wants to be involved in the show ring, or the rider who just wants to ride for the pleasure of it. She offers training that includes lessons,starting under saddle, schooling/conditioning and corrective behavior/riding vices. Erin also includes showing in her schedule and offers coaching throughout a show to her students or showing a client's horse. Erin strives to teach students to communicate with their horse in a way that allows the horse to move in their natural abilities. Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Hunter Over Fences, Basic Riding, Western Riding, and Trail Riding (non-competitive).

Our focus in our riding lessons, is on teaching our students to be confident, safe, and comfortable around horses and to help them to push their limits in a safe and structured way, so that they may never stop learning. Owner and Trainer/ Instructor Natalie Bellairs has been riding for over 15 years and had been training professionally for the last 9 years, some of her training horses and students have gone on to compete in paint horse worlds, and some are up and coming even in just their local and regional competitions.
All students learn to groom and tack their own horses as part of the lesson. They also either brush or bathe their horse after the lesson as the weather permits.
As each student progresses the lessons start to focus on the required skills needed to compete in there desired discipline. At Clef Tree Farm we travel to schooling shows throughout the show season.
Students with the required knowledge and skills are encouraged to participate. Student participation at shows is at the discretion of their trainer.
A students abilities are key to a safe and enjoyable experience. Riding begins with each student learning proper balance, position and use of aids, or how the body is used as a means of asking the horse to move.

Hunter Landing is a professional, yet affordable, year round, full-care horse boarding facility. We are located in Central New York, just East of Sylvan Beach. We specialize in hunters, jumpers, and equitation for all levels of riding while prioritizing top quality care for each and every individual horse. The Hunter Landing property features a large, lighted outdoor arena and comfortable indoor arena, a full set of jumps, a viewing lounge, approximately 33 acres of pasture for rotational grazing (group or private turnout is available), run-in shelters, a 10' x 16' indoor wash rack with hot water, 12'x12' and 10'x10' matted stalls, and top quality hay and grain. All board includes turnout (weather permitting), daily stall cleaning, dispensing of supplements if purchased by the boarder, and quality hay and grain.

We offer pasture board for $275, mid-range board at $375 (side aisle with storage available in a community tack room), and premium board for $400.

Lessons rates are $30 for a one-hour private lesson and $25 for a one-hour group lesson (dependent on experience). We welcome all levels of riding, from those who are taking their very first lesson, to those that just want to ride for leisure, or for the serious rider that wants to show!
