At NorCal Riding Stables we love giving lessons to riders of all ages. Experienced trainers will help you achieve your own and your child's goals. We have great lesson horses that love children. We have a big indoor arena that allow us to give lessons even when it's hot or rainy outside. We also have a beautiful outdoor arena.

Dressage and English Riding Lessons
Beginner to advanced riding lessons. I have experience in Pony Club, Natural Horsemanship, Biomechanics and Dressage. I belong to USDF, USEF and CDS.
I have taught children from their first ride ever to first horse show to buying their first horse. I teach a wide range of students those who trail ride to others who's goal is to compete their horses. I have a lesson horse who is suitable for special needs. Horseback Riding Lessons

NorCal Trail Rides and NorCal Riding Stables have been offering lessons to the public for 9 years now. We have safe and gentle horses. All of our instructors are great teachers and are good with children. We offer lessons to children as young as 2 yrs old and we have adults in their 80's. It's never too late to start lessons. Our focus is to learn and to have fun while you are learning.

We are a full service training facility located in beautiful Butte Valley, CA. We offer in-house lessons on your horse or ours, with the option of working in our covered arena, round pen, obstacle course or out on the trail. We also are willing to travel to appointments up to an hour away.
