Jacel Galloway is a United States Pony Club C-3 Graduate, and level 4 CHA Certified instructor who has ridden and competed through the CCI1* and Preliminary level,with extensive training at the intermediate level for 3 Day Eventing. She has qualified and competed in numerous United States Eventing Association national Championships Beginner Novice through Preliminary. She has competed through 4 Ft. jumpers and competed in United State Pony Club Championships for Show Jumping 3 times.

Her program offers Beginner-Advanced level of training specializing in english riding, dressage, eventing, and hunter/jumpers. Her strong foundation in the horse world allows her to teach her students competent horsemanship as well as skilled technical riding ability. Along with lessons, is the opportunity to show and compete in various shows, circuits, trail rides, clinics, camps and more. Her students have won numerous year end awards in eventing, dressage and hunter jumpers. She works with each student personally to find out what their goals are and work through and design a program of lessons to attain those goals and continue moving forward in the equine industry.

Hunter, Jumper, Equitation.

Casey began riding in 1989, when she was 5yo. at Chastain Stables, in Atlanta GA, learning Hunter/Jumpers. In 1990 she start competing in the Hunters. Casey moved to Roswell GA and started riding and competing in local and the 'A's with Linda Allen in Marietta, GA. After She moved down to McDonough, GA she started riding with Barry Lane. She moved back to Roswell in 1999 and started showing in 'AA' Jumpers with Bob Buxton. After moving back to McDonough, Casey went to Merideth Manor International Equestrian School in Waverly, WV where she studied Equine Health and Equine Massage Therapy. After school she rode with Barbara Bancroft until she moved back down to GA. She opened Creekwood Stables and rode with Daniel Geitner.
During operating Creekwood Stables, Casey has produced many Hunters and Jumpers that have won from local - AA shows through out the zone. She has produced many horses that have continued to win in the Hunter, Jumper, and Equitation arenas. Her riders have won in all three arenas from local - AA shows.... See More

What will I learn?
If you are a new rider and do not already have a discipline preference your strengths and weaknesses can be assessed in the first few lessons. From that point it can be determined what riding style will be more beneficial to pursue.
If you are an intermediate or advanced rider The Academy welcomes all disciplines. Whether your goal is to be competitive at breed shows or have a handy trail or ranch horse, Flying Heels can get you there. Jennifer has experience in the following disciplines: western pleasure, western horsemanship, trail, showmanship, halter, hunter under saddle, hunt seat equitation, working hunter over fences, dressage, reining, extreme cowboy competitions, working cow horse, and ranch sorting. She is currently working on adding Cowboy Mounted Shooting to the list!
All aspects of equine care are covered in the lesson program. Proper use and fitting of equipment, lunging, trailer loading, nutrition, grooming, and first aid are a few examples of ground work that will be covered.

All lessons include a full hour of under saddle instructional time. Lessons are available on your horse or a lesson horse. Please have your horse tacked up and ready prior to lesson time. Proper riding attire is mandatory: boots with a minimum of a ½” of heel and helmets for riders under 18. Helmets for adults are recommended. Please use safe tack and good judgment.
 Training per ride (travel): $35
 Training per ride (no travel): $25
Training is available by the ride. The duration of the training session depends mostly on how far along the horse is, bad habits, and the horse’s stamina. If ground work is necessary prior to any under saddle work, this will be included.
The training and lesson process: All horses and riders learn at different speeds and have varying skills and strengths. These factors will determine you and your horse’s progress. Just Us Horsin' Around uses Equine Theraplay which is a form of play whereas horses are used to assist in social development. Our horsemanship instruction includes proper riding techniques, understanding horse behavior, horse safety, horse care, tacking up the horse, feeding, stall maintenance, and much more.

We offer private lessons for $40.00 per person/per hour.
Four lessons package: $140.00 per person (when purchased and scheduled within 30 days.
Ten lessons package: $300.00 per person (when purchased and scheduled within 45 days.

We are geared towards the beginner to intermediate level western rider, and our students learn at their own pace. This ensures that they gain confidence right from the start. Our horse playground is an obstacle course which allows riders who enroll in our riding program to practice techniques required to go out on the trail. We simulate walking over logs, crossing creeks, walking over bridges, bending around trees, walking through narrow passages, one rein stop, side passing, and trail etiquette.
