The Horsemanship Academy is a “learn by doing” results-oriented program that builds trust and confidence between the horse and rider. The Horsemanship Academy enrollment process offers flexibility in course opportunities in alignment with rider interests and individual goals while complimenting beginner through advanced riders. Bi-weekly classes include:

The focus is on helping the rider/owner find the maximum connection and harmony with their horse by applying hands-on techniques of the 'Masterson Method Integrated Bodywork for Performance' (1st certified practitioner in NM) to bring the horse into balance and then coaching the rider/owner on way to maintain or fortify this healthier state for the horse. This can include designing a specific ground work and under saddle program, along with evaluating the individual riders connection and alignment in the saddle.
