Horseback Riding in Henderson, Kentucky (Henderson County)

A fun, family environment makes Blue Moon special! Horsemanship is emphasized in lessons. Students of all ages learn to ride with a balanced seat and learn the skills required to "be around" horses, not just sit on them and look pretty. Beginner lessons welcome, ages 4 to 70.
Blue Moon boasts a large indoor and outdoor arenas for year-round riding. We have a fleet of safe school horses and horses for lease to accommodate beginners and riders not wishing to own their own. We support local 4-H clubs and are the host barn for the Colonels Equestrian Team, an Interscholastic Equestrian Association member.
At Blue Moon Stables we are proud of our fun-loving and non-drama atmosphere. TJ offers horseback riders for equestrians of all levels. TJ has experience with teaching child and adult beginners, for many disciplines including English and Western with emphasis in Eventing.
