We offer riding lessons to all ages. We specialize in primarily western pleasure and hunt seat, but also break, train, from start to finish. We believe that horses are like therapy for adults and children. Horses give kids confidence, freedom, and they teach the responsibility and patience. We are a english Saddleseat lesson program that specializes in working with riders of all ages and levels utilizing American Saddlebred Horses as well as other breeds. We use a variety of teaching techniques geared to helping riders meet their goals for themselves. I Will Travel to You! I no longer have access to horses. So, I am looking for students needing instruction on their horse and location. There is no need to worry about transportation; I will come to your farm or location, bringing my expertise and enthusiasm to your doorstep.

Specializing in Beginner Hunter Jumper and Equitation, my teaching primarily focuses on the English Style of Riding, Beginner Jumping, Beginner to Intermediate Hunter Jumper, and Hunt Seat Equitation.

I am a Retired Hunt Seat Certified. As a retired instructor and coach of the American Riding Instructors Association and retired Interscholastic Equestrian Team Coach, I bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record to my teaching.

My experience extends beyond coaching and training. I was the Founder and Director of an equine non-profit called "Ponies and Kids." I ran successful lesson, showing, camp, and outreach programs in West Lafayette, Indiana.

After several rewarding years in retirement, during which I've had the joy of helping raise my grandchildren, I find myself drawn back to a long-standing passion of mine. My fulfillment from family life is immense, but I can no longer ignore the persistent calling to return to my chosen vocation of teaching children, young adults, and adults how to care for and ride a horse.

It's not just about mastering the skill of riding but also instilling in them a deep respect and understanding of how to care for horses safely.
