Horseback riding lessons, summer riding camps, western & english. My goal is to foster a love of horsemanship and teach the proper techniques in caring for our equine friends.

We offer the finest horseback riding in South Arkansas!, providing lessons for all ages and stages of riders. We train in all aspects of riding and our students compete in local Playday shows. For those who want a more fulfulling horse experience, we offer an internship. Interns learn and ride on a daily basis, as often as possible. Judith Vandermeer, owner/trainer, holds a masters deg in both human and animal psych. Since starting as a trainer and coach in 1968, she has produced over 750 show champions in both breed and open competitions. She is a 12x ApHC World Championship qualifier, and has placed in the top half of of the competition every time. 3x listed in Who's Who...she has also earned two presidential citations for her work with challenged riders, as well as a citation from the Dept of the Interior. Ms. Vandermeer has developed cutting edge techniques that reduce training time, while keeping classes fun. Her school horses are all ROM winning, national and world championship competitors as well as all around regional show champions, who have received additional training in schooling riders. You can't learn it from a horse or coach who doesn't know it. There's just no substitute for experience. Though most of her riders are not into competing, she still fields a show team which holds one of the highest win averages in the industry, with a 98% success rate over the past 25 years.
