The training program at SHF specializes in getting you and your horse ready for the show ring. SHF also utilizes a strong but nurturing approach that begins by creating trust between trainer, horse and rider. This method helps you achieve a partnership with your horse that gives you the basis for great success in all of your endeavors!

We offer instruction for adults and children on all levels. And, as such, the beginner, intermediate and advanced students will gain knowledge and form from our experienced and patient Instructor. She will work with each rider to develop a program that's geared toward their specific area of interest.

Horse boarding is now available at a private 5 stall barn in Bozrah. Each horse has their own stall with daily all-day turnout. Horses are provided Durmor feed and quality hay from a local farm in Lebanon, twice per day, unless otherwise instructed by owner. We are happy to substitute feed with a feed of your choice, as well feed any supplements you provide. The facility is situated on over 100 acres of land and includes fenced in pastures, wooded trails, and an open field to use for riding.
