My business is close to Msla and boasts a beautiful 80x120 indoor arena, a large colorful jump field, reliable lesson horses/ponies and lessons tailored to your riding level/personal goals. If you have your own horse and trailer you can haul to my place or I can meet you at our lovely local equestrian park, The Big Sky Horse Park.
I teach both English and Western to riders of all ages and all levels. My strengths are in the jumping arena. I really enjoy teaching young horses and riders to jump! I also have lots of experience with the basics and am always happy to pass on my knowledge!
If you have a horse you are uncomfortable trial riding I would be excited to help educate you both and build your confidence! I take clients in my lesson program trail riding in small groups(total of 4 riders including myself) so we can trot on the trails! We go for an hour and a half and students are welcome to be much more involved than just riding on the trail. They can help with catching the horses, loading the tack and the horses, grooming, tacking up and unsaddling and of course giving treats!
Horse Kids Camps make for a memorable summer experience so if you have a kiddo from the ages of 7-16 who is interested in learning to ride and care for horses contact me for more camp information!

From seasoned aggressive riders to beginners our horses and riders make a winning combination. Todd's greatest accomplishments have been through the achievements of his youth and non-pro riders in training. Previous honors bestowed on riders coached by Todd have been MCHA Rookie of the Year, Inspirational Rider, MCHA Junior Youth Champion, and top placings in each of the non-pro classes.
We provide instruction for people wanting to tune up, or learn to ride a finished cutting horse; or starting your horse on cattle. We have many students from a wide array of disciplines seeking the basic cow horse instruction to improve their success in tracking and rating cows. We do this on an individual basis or group clinic, or lesson setting. We can travel during certain times of the year if you have a group that would like to put on a clinic. Weekly group riding lessons for all ages, levels, men & women. $15 per rider--work scholarships are available. Group riding lessons involve some general equitation, horsemanship including roll backs, spins, half-halts etc., cow work, object rating (like barrels, ground poles, etc), and possibly rope training depending on interest and group level. You can ride your own horse in the lesson, or if you don't have a horse that is ready to ride we have some you can use. 4-H student can receive a $5 discount if they use their own horse in the lesson.
Our lessons are complimentary if you have a cutting horse in training with us. Otherwise, for group riding lessons with some cattle work we charge $15, individual cutting lessons are $50 per lesson, or $100 per entry into a working cow clinic, and we can work with you on a traveling group charge if you desire....
