Waters Edge Farm is a beautiful, 15+ acre facility conveniently located right off highway 73 between Huntersville and Concord. We have 2 outdoor arenas with all weather footing, an indoor arena, and a full course of show jumps. Each of the 25 stalls is matted for the horses comfort and ease of cleaning. Boarders enjoy their own private tack lockers, grooming stalls, and wash rack with hot/cold water. We have 12 grass paddocks and pastures and each horse has a customized feeding plan to ensure they maintain proper body condition. We are a small farm with several full board options. Our barn stalls feature 12 x 12 matted stalls, fans, and daily turnout. We have several stalls with attached paddocks for individual and private use. All horses are fed twice daily and have access to hay 24/7. Horses can be turned out at least 8-10 hours a day or more if requested. Because we are a small barn we can tailor your horses needs according to your specifications. Farrier is scheduled every 6-8 weeks depending if trim or shod, or you may schedule your own. Vet and farrier expenses are owners’ responsibility. Owners live on premise therefore hours are limited to 8a-8p. We have a small undercover arena for rainy days and an outside area with jumps. Trails are available down the street at Croft State Park. 13 Points Farm is a horse motel and horse boarding facility established 2024 in Winnie, TX. Our mission is to provide a natural and peaceful environment for horses and riders alike. We offer both short term and long term boarding options. Our long term guest are turned out on a large pasture with run-in shelter and horses are brought in overnight in case of bad weather. Our boarders may choose between DIY and full service care. We feed premium grain and hay twice a day. We currently have 4 covered paneled stalls (10’x20’), 1 large run-in shelter (20’x20’), a 60ft round pen, and 4 large pastures for those equines who prefer to be turned out. There are riding trails on and off our property. Beach riding is also available and only 30 minutes away. More stalls and a riding arena will be added in the near future.
