We offer a lessons in English and Western disciplines for ages 12 and up from beginner to more advanced. We focus on horsemanship, teaching ground skills with a focus on safety for horse and rider as well as building a relationship built on trust and confidence with your horse.

My name is Wyatt McCoy I am 15 years old and live in Cove City NC. My family has had our farm ever since the 1800s we have raised cattle since the 1940s and we have always loved horses. I started riding horses about 6 years ago and I have always loved and wanted to care for horses and teach the next generation of horsemen and women. I currently have 4 horses of my own and am teaching lessons I have trained horses, I have worked with problem horses. I love working with problem horses because I love giving them a chance that someone else might not give them I have always loved to work with rescue horses and one of my horses is a rescue horse that me and my kids are working with to become a lesson horse for them to ride. I have done both Western and English. I have worked with all sorts of horses, the slowest that come and very green horses. I am also willing to board your horse as well. Horsemanship and riding academy for both English and western disciplines with a focus on creating a community and improving horsemanship skills.

Will Abel began his riding career at the age of 10 and quickly advanced through the levels in both riding and horsemanship. He started showing on the local AQHA circuits and branched out to NRHA, APHA, PtHA, and IEA throughout high school. A couple of Will’s biggest accomplishments were placing in the top ten and top 15 in the Varsity Open Reining at the IEA Nationals in 2016 and 2017. As Will’s horse-showing career progressed, showing the all-around became Will’s biggest passion, as he could exhibit the plethora of skills he had acquired throughout the years.
